Well, 18 hours in the car, EACH WAY… that was fun.
Last week Gabe and I completed an amazing outdoor adventure at Twin Eagles Wilderness Survival in Northern Idaho. After an 18 hour drive there, five days in the wilderness with absolutely NO technology (not even an analog wrist watch), and an 18 hour drive back… I’m spent.
The time in nature, outside of the city, was a good reset for both of us. Below is a picture of us after we did a camouflage course, or as Gabe called it, “the best game of hide-and-go-seek EVER!”
As we come up on the cooler part of the year, I’m wondering where YOU like to enjoy the outdoors in and around Summerlin? Reply to this email to give us your favorite fall outdoor activity or hot spot, and we will get it into a future newsletter!

🏘️ Homebuilders invest $150M in Summerlin land

The Gist: Three major builders, Pulte Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, and KB Home, purchased a combined 87 acres in Summerlin for nearly $150 million. The land, located off Far Hills Avenue near the 215 Beltway, will bring about 329 new homes to one of the valley’s most sought-after communities.
Why It Matters: Summerlin continues to draw big investment and steady growth, reinforcing its place as one of the premier master-planned communities in the nation. Locals can expect more rooftops, trails, and neighborhood buzz on the city’s western edge.
